How iSleep is growing without hiring after using Tennr
were needed to do referral intake, causing a backlog in manual work and lack of time to send devices to new patients.
As a result, iSleep was constrained in their ability to grow by their ability to hire.
iSleep was able to reorganize including every employee previously doing referral intake to follow-on patient coordination.
This unlocked the ability to process new patients, faster, while giving better care to existing patients.
As a result, iSleep has been able to scale their businesses without adding headcount and introduced Tennr to SleepQuest (another HME supplier).
Reduced referral processing time from 15 minutes -> 15 seconds
Removed referral backlog and cut patient servicing time by 98%
Eliminated 94% of data entry errors
An end-to-tool that would parse incoming referrals and upload data to back office systems while keeping a human in the loop when needed.
Tennr was the obvious choice and one of the only solutions with zero headcount increase or migration cost that also kept a specialist in the loop.
Processing over 5,000 referrals every month while almost eliminating data entry errors entirely.
This is basically the ace up our sleeve we needed to actually fully automate the processes that are the main thing between us and continuing to aggressively grow the business. We're now pushing the bounds of what we can automate not just in referrals but in compliance and re-supply. It's an exciting time to be innovating in the space.
We've evaluated basically every 'AI' solution under the sun and they basically can either only do one thing, or they're one small feature part of some messy new system. Tennr was really the only company that was all-in-one from an automations perspective, but fit nicely with the existing systems that we do like.
As one of the people that was having to jump in and do the manual work of what seemed like 10 people before, this has been huge for me. Today for instance I used to process 6 referrals by this time end to end (11am), I've already done over 50. I'm not going back!
